Real aviators refer to govt plates as NOS. NOAA charts are for boats.

Changing slang terms should not affect the gist of the argument. Charts are for ships and boats, to be correct.
Having a boat hit the light posts makes as much sense as people cutting them down and planting them. You could be on to something here, Preston.
