SEATTLE, Washington (CNN) -- A 16-year-old girl was found dead and another girl was found unconscious in an Army barracks at Fort Lewis near Tacoma, Washington, during the weekend, a base spokesman said Monday.
"Neither of the two women had any outward signs of trauma on them," said Fort Lewis spokesman Joseph Piek.
He said that an Army solider who was "allegedly an acquaintance" of the two 16-year-olds was questioned by investigators, but no arrests had been made.
Although Fort Lewis is not open to civilians, they can be escorted in by a soldier living there if they have identification and a reason for coming onto the facility.

This situation seems a little fishy to me. The girls were found in the barracks where only soldiers should be and on top of that they girls had no signs of trauma or injuries.
I just don't see what two underage girls were doing at a military base with no parental supervision. Looks like the security is not running such a tight shift.

Yeah, its fishy all right.
From what I have heard the amount of sex, underage and not between recruits, officers and enlisted is pretty large, bigger then average colleges. I bet these girls were obviously partying with some soilders, drank to much or did to many drugs and this is what happened.
