Is Socialism Inevitable?
Prophecy Central Commentary
Ron Graff - Feb. 9, 2009

When Nikita Khrushchev was the leader of the Soviet Union in the 50’s and ‘60’s, he predicted that various countries would fall into the lap of socialism like “ripe apples.” It was implied that even the United States would someday succumb to this inevitable destiny. At the time it seemed absurd to nearly every American. But now Newsweek’s cover article exclaims, “We Are All Socialists Now.”
It seemed that no one expected the great economic collapse last year. In a matter of weeks, untold millions of people all over the world lost a large percentage of their savings and investments. Where did that money go? At the beginning of the unexpected crisis, major unknown investors harvested huge profits from the stock market. Was it a coincidence that so many of the super-rich decided to cash out at the same time? Now they have the funds that we lost! And when the time is right, they will buy back the properties and the stocks that have plummeted in value. The very rich will be richer still, and the majority of middle class people will be reduced to lower income status. Socialism is not a true “share the wealth” program. It has an extremely wealthy “elite” at the top that controls the government and the economy.

Whether or not America will resist this “fall” remains to be seen. But political analysts have warned that democracies are in danger once the majority of the people realize that they can use their vote to provide government benefits to themselves.

Europe has, for the most part, already adopted a form of socialism. Russia and China are socialist, and the global economic crisis is the perfect opportunity for greater government intervention to institute socialism everywhere.

The end result of this slide toward socialism could be the One-World economic system that is foretold by the Bible. It used to be hard to imagine what could bring the whole planet to the point that an economic dictator (Antichrist) could literally control all the buying and selling around the world. In Revelation 13:15-17 we read:

He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed. He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.

Now it doen't take much imagination to understand how such a thing will happen.

Ron Graff has succinctly expressed the idea that we are becoming a socialist state. Obama,et.al. have all the makings to impose this type of government. With his recent Trilateral appointments he solidified the globalist takeover.

The shocking Newsweek headline "We Are All Socialists Now" supports this notion.

Someone once said, " If you think health care is expensive now, just wait until its free."

It is sad to see the late great USA going down this path.

At the same time ,these are indeed interesting times we live in.

Socialism is not so much inevitable as it is a fait accompli IMO. Here in the West, the USA is supposedly the least socialist of all the first world industrialized nations. But is that really saying much?

Goals, "Communist Manifesto"
(from The Communist Manifesto written by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848.)

Goals of Communism (page 94)
1.Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.

2.A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.

3.Abolition of all right of inheritance.

4.Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.

5.Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.

6.Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state.

7.Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of wastelands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.

8.Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

9.Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.

10.Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc., etc.

1 is not fully accomplished, but with property taxes, we essentially rent private property from the gov, giving it the power to take your property. Throw in the expanded 'eminent domain' powers and we're on our way.

2 is fully realized.

3 is partially accomplished through the death tax.

4 is partially accomplished through ‘zero tolerance’ laws. The county of Kaufman has had a vehicle of mine with hundreds of dollars of tools and equipment in it for 16 months now without so much as a scrap of paperwork being given me.

5 The Fed.

6 is only slightly in place through regulations. Regulations that are ever increasing of course.

7 same as above.

8 is a pretty extreme plank. Some of it happened under FDR, and we may see more of it under Obama.

9 is largely accomplished. Monsanto, ADR et al now dominate agriculture, with the family farm going the way of the buggy whip.

10 Done and done.
