I was reading about supply side economics and trickle down economics. The basic idea if you don't know:
"Trickle-down economics" and "trickle-down theory" are terms of political rhetoric that refer to the policy of providing tax cuts or other
benefits to businesses and rich individuals, in the belief that this will indirectly benefit the broad population.
This all sounds totally bogus to me, just an excuse to make the rich richer. I'm not sure if I hate it more or less than the more open fraud lately,
where they just give the money to the companies in the open.
And it's all I keep hearing about from right wing pundits and crazy conservatives. We need to make it clear to them that it's time the average man
got a slice of the pie. And we don't have to resort to socialism to do it, we can do it the good old fashioned conservative way, tax cuts. Only this
time for the ordinary man. Big business and rich people can wait a while, they don't need any more tax cuts, in fact they could use some tax
hikes.
Maybe the only way to get through to them is with something they understand. The message of Jesus. Conservative Christians who just want to give tax
cuts to the rich guys need to just shut up and read some Jesus, see what he would do.

Yeah - the poor get poorer, while Supply Side Jesus and his followers SAVE$$$.
But don't worry because the meek will inherit the earth
(because its dirt cheap)
