Denver's rearing blue mustang draws wild reaction

news.yahoo.com

DENVER – Rearing 32 feet high, the metallic blue mustang sculpture demands the attention of every traveler through Denver International Airport.

But that wild look of "Mustang" is prompting some to wonder if the sculpture installed just a year ago should be moved somewhere less prominent. Alternate monikers suggested for the horse with the glowering eyes include "Bluecifer," "Satan's Steed" and "Blue Devil Horse."

Don't know how I caught this but when I was logging into my yahoo mail, there it was!
Do you all remember reading about the other weird things at the Denver airport? If not, look up Denver Airport Mural, or underground bases or denver airport concentration camp, etc...
Now this satan horse thing...the place is so weird!!!

It is not so weird. Denver has lots of HUGE sculptures around town - very artsy city!

A friend of mine's Dad passed away with a heart attack the day that the Denver Airport was completed. He was one of the primary people in the overseeing of the building and design of the Denver Airport. I asked was he in bad health, and my friend said no that his death came to big surprise to the family. I am sure he was under tremendous stress because of the extension of the deadlines for completion.

Unless I'm completely whacked the ugly "art" is merely a reference to the Denver Broncos, whose colors are blue and orange.
The murals at DIA are truly disturbing, though.
