It looks like a fancy D and an F to me.

Of course it looks like a DF, it's the symbology that's incorporated into it. Just like all the other logos with the all-seeing eye, pyramid shapes, etc. If you know where they're coming from, you see it.

Also found certain aspects have similarities with the communist flag logo

In response to the "mark of the beast" comments, if I may add.......the VeriChip logo looks remarkably like a serpents eye, but of course, I don't believe I am the first one to notice that. Humans as we know ourselves only live so long. What would it benefit any earthly mortal to corral and rule our own kind knowing they would not live long enough to watch their efforts come to so-called fruition? It is my (not uncommon) rationalization that people of this ilk care not about establishing a working legacy to pass on to their own offspring. If (they) want this mud-ball to theirselves, then they are stuck w/themselves, and they will still kill for real-estate, until the last man is still spilling his seed on the ground. Maybe Gilligan's island has some sort of (hidden) msg. too (groan) and our journey has only been meant for a three hour cruise. If so-called aliens (and I am getting sick of that term) have an agenda, just maybe they have ignored their own failed ideas. The one's who have not (conquered death) may be the most fearful and desparate. If I had no death to fear, I certainly would not be an interstellar desparado. Death will be all the mortal imaginations endless

Check the digitalangel.com website, they implemented the symbol of the rising sun in their website header (the sun rising behind the letters in the logo and on the right side the sun rays comming from behind the globus).

Thanks for the tips on the logos for Verichip and Digital Angel! Didn't notice them. Definitely reinforces the whole thing to me. DA's rising sun is Lucifer, the morning star, bringer of light. Verichip looks like the chip and a reptilian eye.

Or the Bible and the passage specifically relating to the mark of the beast was first relayed to our ancestors by time travellers. Then the question is did it happen because they travelled back in time or did they travel back in time because it happened? (Remember Terminator II anyone?)
