The state has started looking for ways of having people pay fees for driving.....The research by NV/DOT includes installation of "ELECTRONIC TRACKING DEVICES" in DMV registered cars to track "WHERE, WHEN, and HOW FAR " people drive..... I dont even have to elaborate how Orwellian this legislation is ... DO I??? THIS IS IN COMMITTEE...got it? ...DIRT

I read an article about this happening in Oregon.
I would be surprised if this really did happen, that's
gotta be unconstitutional on some level.

Can you please name your source and link so that
people can check this out.

I looked on the USA Today website and couldn't find any information.
Is there any other source besides USA Today?

Yeah ...you might have a couple of extra steps to complete next time you go to the local DMV to title... license...register ,and plate your car CA MI NY and other states are exploring this as an option to generate extra tax revenue by taxing your vehicle's movement and mileage. Freedom be damned!!! ...DIRT

The government doesn't care what's constititional or unconstitutional these days. They are starting to do things out in the open. This the point of no return.

It was on page 6A of yesterdays paper... I have read this other places and have a NV -HB # but it is lost somewhere in my copious piles of notes. I assure you though that my source is genuine

They are also considering this in the UK, only as bait they are suggesting taking the tax off fuel ( bout 70%) and replacing it with gps milage tracking and charging you per mile. Stealth NWO civillian tracking system is what it is!
Mind you isnt that what they could do with your satnav anyway?

Seriously-----old news.
The new drivers licensing provisions enable this type of provisioning of mileage usage.

But without a gps monitoring enactment, the point is moot.
Of course, nobody would "lie" about the miles traveled.
