Of course this verse relates to Jesus. He was assigned a grave with the other wicked men by His side but one of the Sanhedrin who had a conscious
went and paid for His body before they could bury Him in the grave. He then took Jesus' body to the tomb and used incense and myrrh, the embalming
scents, to prepare the body. His "offspring" is not His physical ones, but His spiritual brothers and sisters who have chosen to be like Him. This
quote does fufill Biblical prophecy. "Let him who has eyes to see..." can see how this relates and is not a discrepancy.
