Geesh with that list, they might as well ban ALL of them...hey if their banned, i thk that shuold also extend to the military as well, as they will be in possession of illegal firearms then.

They can ban guns all they want, If we the people will give them up is another story.

Democrats...Theyre in power now, but come next midterm election, they wont be! I am tired of these liberal morons thinking they can force what they think is best for us.

It is not our governments job to confiscate, or tell us what is what. Our government has grown out of control.

Let the government decide who can or can't own guns, and they will eventually create a list that includes:


pacifists
home schoolers
debtors
people who listen to the wrong kind of music
people reading banned books
people following the wrong religion
people who live together on a farm in waco
people who attempt to keep their communication private
people who attempt to own property
people who try to change the way government works
people who run a "risk" of using one
tax protesters
the "mentally ill" (who decides what the wrong way of thinking is?)
democrats
republicans
brown people
white people
the "unpatriotic"
people with opinions about different races
people who have ever committed a "crime"
people who question orders
people who think too much
people who don't watch enough TV
"revolutionaries"
people seen in association with "revolutionaries"
"potential terrorists"
people who listen to conspiracy theories
people teaching subjects the government doesn't approve of
people teaching ideas the government doesn't approve of
people teaching.
people related by family to any of the people above

and the list goes on.


A law like this is out of the question, simply due to it's potential for abuse

Your,right. A law like this has nothing but potential for abuse. Just like every other law ever written. We don't need laws. I understand some organization but laws were systematically put in place to be manipulated to raise revenue and keep in POWER those who put them in place.

These same people who write,pass and break these laws are NEVER held accountable. The only time you see one of them being prosecuted is when they go against the majorities agenda or it will have a negative affect on the majority and they use that person as an example (to appease the people) as if they're actually doing their job.

Tell me, do you need to have someone tell you not to kick somebody's teeth in or rob and kill people? No you have the law written/imbedded in you from natural programming since birth.

These scum keep making laws that manipulate previous laws and it never ends.Does anyone know how many laws are actually in existence?

Americans, you must fight hard for the laws, or you may eventually lose them. It begins one way, then goes another. It starts with weaponry that is truly not needed for civilians, then moves on to normal weapons to see how far they can go.

I hope in Russia such weapons don't get proposed for a ban, I will fight for this rights viciously!

The AR 15 the Mini 14 and a few others listed are semi-auto guns. They are no different that a hunting counterpart in terms of technology. The rest is cosmetic. This is what happens to our Constitution when we give the Liberals all the power.

And guess what, Youtube, the propaganda ministry it is has removed the video for a "terms of use violation" guess they don't want the fuhrer to be potrayed in even a slightly negative light or have anything the armed citizenry can use against him.

The NRA doesn't license anything.

You need a Class 3 FFL to be a dealer in NFA controlled weapons. (full auto's, short barreled shotguns, and such)

This law will apply to the semi-auto versions of these weapons as well, which as of now are federally legal to own. Your state may be a different story though.
