please help me with flaring a psi ball

im a kid and im really interested in psi balls. I was also wandering how to flare.
please ANYTHING will help. links to other sites would help too.

Listen to LeTan, you can't flare your chi ball.
Some masters can set things on fire with chi, but not their actual energy, it is just the result of their energy concentrating on something ignitable.
I saw it once on a tape, and then the master said he was haunted by his ancestors for "showing off."
Chi is something that you do for you, not for anyone else.
In fact, usually only other people that meditate and practice controlling their chi could even feel someone using chi on them.
Only phenomenal masters can use chi on anyone.

u c u can actually create a shield of energy... its like making a psi-ball but instead all of ur energy goes around to ur body and it can make a bit of a shield but it dosnt do much.
