managing your ignore list

Sorry - am totally lost here. How do I manage my 'ignore' list? That is, see who is on it and remove some?

Go to memCenter and upon the left of the screen will be a list..
Look carefully down that list, and you will see manage ingore list!

Memcenter is at the top of the page!
If you keep having issues, Im sure a mod will be in here to help you out!
