Did CNN capture video footage of a UFO during the inauguration?

My opinion, which is by no means expert, is that its a bird it undulates like a bird does when taking a little break from flapping its wings. Although it does seem to be moving pretty fast for a bird, eitherway enjoy and, lets all hope for the best next 4 years! fnord!

ps for all we know that could be a ufo and it could have stopped time and replaced obama with an autama robota!
