Gas does not follow regular rules for price. The price of gas relies heavily on investors and of course the controlling companies. I believe that the gas price is just low now just to hurt Russia because of what they've been doing lately.

Good point, but yet in still the comparison made was that when gas prices went up, everything followed, so with consideration to the minimum wage increase, this will hold true as well. I'll also add that the more you raise MW, the less motivation a person will have to strive for greater paying jobs.
