Black Mesa: Source

In case you weren't aware, there is a mod currently in the works called 'Black Mesa: Source'. It's a recreation of the original Halflife game with current tech. It looks amazing all the same.

I recently saw the official trailer on youtube.



Can't wait till it's finished.

As cool as that looks, I have played half life 1 to death, I know the story too well and I wouldn't want to buy this.
I can't help but think they coulda spent this time making something else.

But don't get me wrong, that looks awesome.
I wonder if they'll do the same with "Opposing Force" and "Blue Shift".

Very Impressive. I was really disappointed by Half Life:Source that Valve put out. This is much closer to what I was expecting. Now if only Gabe Newell will stop going to McDonalds after every line of code for Episode 3 and release it already.
