I have a friend, who is quite freaked by some events in his father's house. For sake of I.D. preservation, i will call the father Mr. X and my friend
X jr.
Anyway, Jr. was visiting and got up in the night to use the bathroom. Shortly after he closes the door, the light goes off. he feels around in the
dark and finds the switch, it was OFF, so no electrical issue. This happens twice more, and on the third time, he sees the switch physically move to
the off position with an audible click.
also, in the room where he stays, the window ( the kind you need to put all your weight on to close) closed itself, but that might be nothing.
Main event: Mr. X was down in the cellar to gather firewood. He sees something in the corner. It was a red "fireball" about the size of a softball,
with an intense red color. It then zips off and disappears. Then as Mr. X is coming up the stairs with the wood, something gives him a push from
behind, causing him to fall into the door.
Mr. X now sleeps with a shotgun beside his bed.
Now, i considered some possible things that would pass the orb off as nothing. the most likely would be a retinal burn. If X had looked at a bright
light then looked away, he may have seen something similar. But, it zipped away, and didn't fade like a burn would, and the only thing that would
make a burn image move at a high speed is if the observer looked away, but if you are looking at a fireball in your basement, you won't be inclined
to look at the wall across the room.
There is a list of other minor happenings that is, well, pretty dang long.
Back when X Jr. was one-two year old, activity came to a head. Doors slamming, all sorts of stuff. This happened to be when Mr. X and his wife (Jr.'s
mom) were about to get divorced. Needless to say, there were a lot of negative feelings in the house. Activity is picking up again now, when there is
also an increased amount of negativity.
If this is a spirit, it seems to feed off of negative energy.
It's starting to get out of hand, and people seem to be Getting REALLY scared, and possibly at risk.
Suggestions and thoughts, ATS?
