A remarkable UFO was seen and filmed in China by an entire squadron of fire-fighters in Liu Pan Shui City in the province of Guizhou through a camera with a 700X zoom capability. One of the fire-fighters, Wang Jia Wei, noticed an odd looking, brightly flashing star moving in a south easterly direction and went inside the fire-fighters barracks to get a camera.

Note: Video itself is yet to be released. Hopefully it will be posted online/released soon!

Here's a still from the video:

Here's a sketch from the Cash/Landrum case: (Notice the similarity with above photo)

What is remarkable about this sighting is that the photo and description of the object matches the description of a sighting in Texas in 1980;

The Cash/Landrum Case.

The sighting in Texas was the subject of the UFO hunters episode last Wednesday, January 14th, 2009.

Here is the episode and sighting description.

On December 29, 1980, Betty Cash, Vickie Landrum and Colby Landrum took a drive that would soon become a life-changing nightmare. At approximately 9PM, driving through the Piney Woods of Texas, they observed a huge diamond-shaped object flying low above the isolated road, expelling flame and emitting significant heat.

That night, all three experienced horrible physical symptoms--nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, and burning sensations all over their bodies. Betty Cash's symptoms soon worsened, and a few days later, she was sent to the emergency room, unable to walk, and losing large patches of skin and clumps of hair. The team re-opens this and other famous cases of alleged "alien effects" to determine if UFOs are leaving behind more than just sightings.

UFO Hunters

I find it astounding that two separate sightings described two identical objects 28 years and thousands of miles apart.

In the Landrum case in Texas, the 3 people involved were exposed to high levels of radiation, with one of the witnesses dying of radiation poisoning several years after the event.

According to the research of the 'UFO Hunters,' it was discovered that some military personnel approached the family after their encounter and informed them it was a top secret experiment gone awry.

One of the men they interviewed said it could possibly be the WASP 2, a later top-secret version of the single-man WASP.

Here's a video of the original WASP, or 'Williams X-Jet.'

My Opinion:

It sounds like the US might be using its top secret experimental craft to carry out surveillance over China. From the information gathered from UFO Hunters, it could possibly be a U.S. anti-gravity drone.

With the current state of geopolitical affairs, I wouldn't be surprised at all.

Just my 2c, what do you think?

Too bad the photo is such poor quality, I've zoomed into stars at max and ordinary stars look exactly like that diamond, it's an illusion and distortion of cameras that can't focus on a bright object, so I guess nobody will know what the craft actually looked like.

They are supposedly releasing the video soon, but it is China, so I'm not sure if and when it will actually be released or posted online.

A still gives a little information, but a video will give much more. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Yea, it could just be that it wasn't actually a diamond shape, but a bright light distorted by the camera. We'll have to wait until we see the video to confirm or disprove this hypothesis.

Here is an example of what happens when using digital zoom and autofocus on a point source of light.

This is Venus.

Any release of this video yet? I haven't been able to find it.

700x zoom, diamond shaped light, everything points to another out of focus light seen thorough a stupid digital zoom.

Lets wait for the video, but I do not have any hopes of anything interesting.

Yet another diamond UFO.

Too much zoom, defocused filming, model Panasonic . Airy discs in action.

I don't want to see chinese diamonds filmed with Panasonic cameras.

Yea, this is beginning to look like just another one of those stories. Great video is supposedly shot, then never actually airs.

I mean just because it appears as a diamond shape (from what i can see in the still) doesn't mean the camera is out-of-focus. It could actually be a diamond UFO, or a genuine out-of-focus UFO.

At this stage, I've gotta say it's not looking too good. Haven't seen any mention of the video online, or of it's release.

Thanks all for the posts about the camera focusing, much help in discerning fact from fiction here.

And here's a similar looking UFO filmed in Talahasee, Florida;

with motion tracking, compliments of ATS

And this is the original 10 minute footage with sound;

I'd particularly like to know what you think of this one Phage, has this one been debunked yet, and I haven't heard?

Cheers
