There is no differance between these two assumtions , they want everyone chipped ok. Its a fact.
You can very rarely state 'facts' about 'they'. The subject precludes the claim. Who are they?
That being said, technology is always misused by people with less than moral purposes.
RFID chips aren't a bad idea, they are brilliant, it's the implementation that's the trouble.
The internet has horrible security, but you're not complaining about that are you?
If the source code for an RFID chip was available, and I could examine it, I would have no problem with it (assuming I wanted it, i.e. the benefits
were worth the trouble).
The bottom line with all the conspiracy claims involving technology is this: You have access to the technology, take it apart, decompile it, examine
the hardware.
For example, there have been a lot of conspiracy theories about the switch to digital television. Speculation is all well and good, but if you want
to know, examine the hardware and software, and, more to the point, use an intermediary computer to examine the traffic coming from and going to your
t.v.
The bottom line is, you have no evidence for a widespread and capable conspiracy to chip the populations. Yes the technology is there, and yes there
have been people expressing their opinion that those chips would be beneficial, but neither of those is proof of intent.
