Europe, yes. US, no. The Shahab-6 has a range of just under 4,000 miles (approx. 3,728)... thus falling quite a bit shy of the east coast of America (approx 6,200+). The U.K., of course, as well as several other nations, is an entirely different story

I don't know if this is possible, but maybe they already indeed have the ability to produce nukes, and they are. The Shahab 6 (pardon my spelling) has nuclear capabilities. The Shahab 6 is also said to have been made with Russian help, so maybe there already have nuclear shahabs ready

Iran’s first solar power plant comes on stream Tehran Times Economic Desk TEHRAN – Iran’s first solar power plant was inaugurated in Shiraz on Saturday, the director of the solar energy division of the Iranian Renewable Energies Organization announced. All the equipment for the power plant was manufactured using domestic materials and expertise, Peyman Kanan told the Mehr News Agency. “Iran has taken a giant stride towards generating electricity at the national level through the inauguration of the solar power plant,” he added. The Shiraz solar power plant boasts a modest 250KW energy production capacity, which can be increased to 500KW by installing larger solar panels, he explained
