I must say he did entertain!
And who can forget statements like this?

I would vote for him again just for the Laugh!

I saw one of his best ever gaffes a little only a few weeks ago. He was talking about rising gas prices, and said something about everyone being worried about gas prices, "...and we don't want our citizens being... uhhh... [LONG pause] ...gassed". this was on the BBC and what was really cool was that even in the middle of the main nightly news, they held on Dubya while there was a fantastic "tumbleweed" moment, where no-one (least of all the chimp) knew what to say.
