" ...cops shoot people for no reason"

You got that right.

However, they prefer to electrocute us summarily - for asking inconvenient questions:

The only reason I got "moderated" is because people like you are not mature enough to talk about racial issues, so you get offended and you hit the "ALERT" button, and cry to admins.

And the admins don't have the ability to decide for themselves whether or not your posts are suitable? The Mods moderated your posts because they WERE racially motivated, not because someone hit the ALERT button. Stop making excuses for yourself.

The officer probably resigned and avoided internal affairs because he would have been forced to make a statement way to early, without first talking to his lawyer, and reviewing the evidence available.

Don't you think, if the officer himself truly believed he was innocent, that he would have spoken to Internal Affairs instead of going silent? His silence is what is pissing people off at the moment, it is speaking volumes about his integrity and honesty.

If the officer truly did not mean to shoot him, why have the need to take time to 'review evidence' - giving him time to make up a good story?

Seriously though, people really should pay attention to the fact the police lied about not having video when they obviously did. What did they think they where going to do "silence" all those people if it didn't turn out their way? They tried confiscating everyone's video there, so if none got out we would only know the official story, which was a lie. Comforting isn't it?.... That theme is all too familiar these days.

Alex Jones talking about exactly the same thing I was when someone jumps on your neck & the inevitable reaction....

It's not an excuse, if my posts were actually racially motivated WHICH I STATED MANY TIMES THEY WERE NOT, they probably would have banned me. But, they only removed the parts that people were offended by, and reported, to be fair.

None of my comments were racially motivated, I am actually the least racist person you would ever meet. However, that depends on how racist and sensitive, and how immature YOU are. Because if you are racist, sensitive, and immature, then some of my words may appear to be racial, when in fact YOU are just comprehending what I say wrong.

No actually, I just told you why he didn't speak to internal affairs, it is because he wanted to gather his thoughts and make sure he knows what actually happened before he makes a comment.

In the event of an accident, people are caught off guard, and they themselves don't even know what actually happened! "It happened so fast", ever heard that saying?

Have you ever been in a car accident? Sometimes people in car accidents don't even know what happened, it just happened.... people need time to collect their thoughts, and remember.

Also, how do you know the officer wasn't traumatized and didn't feel like speaking about it yet? Shooting and killing someone is traumatizing, no matter who does it. Maybe he just needed some time to rest.

If he was a true officer, and it was a true accident, then this officer would probably be feeling absolutely horrible about this accidental death. He would be traumatized and wouldn't have the mental ability to speak about the incident so soon.

Obviously you have ZERO knowledge about LAW. I highly suggest you go to law school.

Anything the cop says, or does, could be held against him in the court of law. If he even slightly uses the wrong choice of words, it could mean his life. He wouldn't need to review the evidence, but his lawyer would, so his lawyer can tell him what to say before he speaks publicaly.

You are just another person who admittedly stated you hate cops. So we all know your agenda.

Ive been here posting enhanced stabilized videos, and screen shots of other suspects assaulting the police, and providing perfect explanations to why and how this mistake happened, and all you are doing is typing a bunch anti-authority hogwash, and trying to discredit me because you are to immature to talk about racial issues.

Ok can you all stop whining please and get back on topic about the 'hows and whys' of the cop shooting dead an unarmed, defenceless man.

Thankyou.

Oh and his silence is deafening.

Wow! stunned is all I can say! This is part of their motto? "To serve and protect"? I'm honestly wondering if maybe they should change it to "Who watches the watchmen?" because honestly it seems that nobody is (at least nobody that will make them accountable for their actions)

I hate to think that its people like this, that are charged with MY safety, and makes me glad I at least have my own ways of defending myself, either from intruders in my house, or any officers if they so choose to do something as stupid and try to violate my rights.

Maybe you can pin the 92 year old driver who plowed into everyone on me too?! Won't that be nice?!

First, for clarification, the guy was 86 when the incident happened, he is now 92. Great research skills you have! NOT!

Second, I posted that incident of the man mistaking his gas pedal for a break pedal, because it is a very good example of how MISTAKES HAPPEN, AND IT CAN BE FATAL.

Now, that is 1 out of 1000000000 cases. That man is not the only one to mistake his gas for his brake and kill people.

So whoever said "oh horrible example that guy was 92, and the officer is younger" is horribly misinformed. This mistake has happened to 12 year olds, 20 year olds, 40 year olds, etc..

THE POINT IS, MISTAKES HAPPEN. I just proved it, and all you can counter with is more hogwash.

Based on your theories of 'mistakes' I guess all the elite involved in crashing the world economy can get off because "woops, we didn't know that would happen...it was all a mistake!!"

Or how about 'accidental' bombing of civilian buildings in Iraq? "Woopsies....accidentally hit the launch button too early
"

By your reasoning pretty much every murderer in the world could be let out right now, based on the fact that they 'accidentally' pulled the trigger!

mr-lizard, YOU are being a thread killer. Hey look I can lie too!

Kryties, YOU are being a thread killer. Wow look anyone can say it.

Now let me get back to posting digitally enhanced stabilized video that I made to further enhance this thread:

www.youtube.com...
www.youtube.com...

Where are your enhanced videos that enhance this thread?? I don't see any..

-edit add-

Found another angle I haven't seen yet:

I like the words the guy uses at the end "we still need to be patient and not let our emotions get us carried away", "lets get the puzzle put together and then we will come to a conclusion". Nicely said, and so obviously ignored on this thread.

This above video clearly shows the cops surprised reaction, even commented on by the narrator. Pretty much proves it to be an accident.

the above video also shows there were A LOT of cameras there. Which is yet another reason for a cop NOT to kill someone.

Also it says the officer that shot the vicitim had a child born on or around the day of the shooting, yet another reason to skip his internal investigation.

The same video also shows the officer standing up and deliberately taking aim.

Also, the surprised reactions could have been for other reasons such as "Oh my god I just deliberately shot this guy but I forgot so many people were watching" or "OK, so that's done, what do we do now to make it look like it was an accident?"

Not saying that either of these are correct, I'm just showing that other perfectly valid reasons exist for the pause and hands-to-head reaction immediately after.

Well, that is usually what you do when you are going to taser someone, you stand up and you aim at the person so you can taser them... to bad it was accidentaly a gun with a bullet already in the chamber (odd).

That is a totally valid explanation, but yet so horribly detached from reality.

Actually it is not proven to be an accident, it looks deliberate, so to accuse someone of being detatched from reality is a trifle forward don't we think?

Not saying it is deliberate, but there was absolutely NO call to use a taser, let alone a loaded pistol.

To actually think an officer would waste his life and career by shooting someone in the middle of a train station, on purpose, is probably the most unrealistic, and illogical thoughts anyone could have.

I'm done feeding the trolls. They keep crying to admins.
