Speaking in Jerusalem Dec. 20, U.S. Ambassador to Israel Daniel Kurtzer made the connection between the growth of the Islamic fundamentalist groups Hamas and Islamic Jihad, and Israel's promotion of the Islamic movement as a counter to the Palestinian nationalist movement. Kurtzer's comments come very close to EIR's own presentation of the evidence of Israel's instrumental role in establishing Hamas, and its ongoing control of that organization.

A lot of people defend Israeli war crimes without knowing the history of the conflict. My take is: at least learn some history first, and then make your conclusion.
People flat out choose an ideology and then defend it like their life depends on it. Stop choosing sides...and just simply look at the facts.
I am not a defender of Hamas, nor do I hate jews or Israelis. I love all people of the world, no matter the "race", color, sex, whatever. The things that the militant wing of Hamas does are despicable and even if they are objectively justified, still nonsensical. Violence does not solve anything. But you have to realize that none of this would be happening if certain elements within Israel did not create Hamas in the first place.

While I’m not real big on larouche as a source, it wouldn’t surprise me a bit to find out this was true. If you want to subdue a people, it helps to provide them with an enemy to fear and hate. It gives you a ready excuse for wars of conquest, and even allows you to attack domestic foes and blame it on ‘them’. It's nothing new. Nero burned Rome so he could blame it on the Christians.

Kind of like how the CIA created Al Qaeda, huh?

It always seemed to me the US supports the extremist more than Israel. All the money trails I have seen supports this. You know the old soviets would supply guns and the US "humaintarian aid $$$" in excange for "traffic control".

However this would be worth a look at. Perhaps the US puppets in Israel are helping their US masters. I'll be looking into this spin. Good Point thank you bloodchild.

Surely however anyone with an ounce of intellect can see that the true enemy of humanity makes arrangements to appear on both sides of the conflict so as to move the unsuspecting to destruction.

Certainly then the real enemy can be traced back to Israel while they built up an enemy for Israel to fight. All the while their plan is to destroy both the State of Israel and the Palestinians and create something else that noone knows about.

Even if what you say is true, only a fool would believe that devout believers, who have hope for Israel as a sovereign state would spend their time to train and arm an Islamic based militant movement to make war upon their own home.

The most likely reason this information is being exposed NOW is because the enemy is losing everything and they want at least one last chance for people to believe another lie.
