Can I Be Saved? Praise The Lord!

To The Devout Christians On The Board,

I have been awakened. I know my wretched demon ridden soul is sure to burn in
the fiery depths of hell for eternity being that I am an "unsaved infidelic
pagan scumbag false Christian", Sweet Salvation!!!!. If it were not for your
teachings, I may have never know the misery and suffering that I and every other
disgusting piece of sulfuric and evil satanic trash is sure to endure, Praise
Jesus!!! I know that when The Good Lord kicks me straight into the mouth of
burning hell, you will be looking down on me with him, spitting and laughing at
my worthless and pathetic excuse for a soul, Have Mercy Lord!!! I only ask,
that you spit a lot to spare my flesh just one more millisecond before it is
devoured by hungry demons fueling the fires of hell, Good Lord!!! Now, I know
that Jesus has no room for the unsaved such as myself. So I am
doomed to suffer eternally with the rest of the heathen garbage ablaze with
fires from hell. Your guidance has been invaluable in my search for salvation
that I could never achieve! I thank you and praise Jesus for giving me the
opportunity to go straight to hell! For, I only wish to do God's will. If it
is having my arms chewed off by sodomizing demons so be it. The Lord is a
Righteous Lord! I thank Him for creating my waste of a soul knowing ahead of
time that he would enjoy sending me to hell for my thoughts that he knew ahead
of time, leaving me with no choice but to think them, and thus no choice but to
end up in his godly yet demonic work in progress, HELL!

Meh , I thought about getting mad, but what the point. Auctually you have a choice in life, so the God you don't believe in , and I do did not, nor will not send you to hell. It says in the Bible "I know you don't care" that you will go hell on you own shame. God won't send you to hell , you will , and why the hate, isn't this what people preach about all day long, "don't descriminate, don't hate, dont make fun of my beliefs" I'm sure you are a cool guy, so I will say this.... I sincerely hope in my heart you try to change you views.

Thanks for that bit of info oh wise one! You, my friend are so smart. Please save me. So how much do you know about the bible? Please explain? I could find you if you would like, plenty of information indicating that not only am I going to rot in a fiery grave, but you are too. At least if God had his way.

Lets make this simpler for you. God knows everything right? For instance, Jesus knew before hand, that Judas would betray him. Before it happened. Are you too blind to understand that if this was the case, Judas had NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER BUT TO BETRAY JESUS, KILL HIMSELF, AND GO TO HELL?????? Do you really have a choice in something that is predetermined? I have listened to people preach "the word" to me all of my life. Here is what I have to say. Its a story book. If you take it literally you will contradict yourself to many times to be sane.

Citing the Bible makes me sick. You should be citing your feelings, and not those of someone else, because God is in you remember? You think that just reading the bible is the reason why you know right from wrong? That is something you are born with. A conscience. A lot of things are there because you are born with them. You can't barr members from using the Bible as a refrence when discussing Bible topics.

If you wish to discard the Bible, then what other means do you have for knowing that you are "doomed to hell"? Your comments are nothing more than sarcasm. I don't believe that you take the subject of Hell seriously, or you wouldn't joke about it. If you wish to have an honest discussion about predestination, then please say so, or else others will just dismiss this as ranting.

There is plenty of agitated sarcasm in that post. In both of them. It doesnt matter what I say, good, nice, or rude. No-one would be willing to use there mind and realize what I am saying is correct anyway. If God knows everything, then we have no free will....even if we think we do. That means that God knew before hand that Eve would eat that fruit, and that he would have to condemn us to hell for her sins. That means God knew before hand that he would cast lucifer out of heaven to create hell. That means that everything is his plan....every choice we make.

Like it or not, thats how it is. Unless.....that is......God is not all powerful. Omnipotent is how they describe that I believe though I may be wrong. This can't be true if we have any ability to make choices...which we most certainly do.

By the way, this is ranting.

I'd love to see this proof that we're all going to rot in a fiery grave. If thats all we have to look forward to we might as well end it. Why hang around, it would be pointless?

Ah! But now you are ranting about a single topic, and that can be addressed.

Regarding being omnipotent. If someone hands you a video tape of say, a horse race. And they tell you that this tape tells the future of that race. You would watch the race, and then perhaps change your bets, but you still did not change the outcome of the race. Knowing which horse will run the fastest, does not mean that the losers had no say-so in the matter. It appears to be fixed to you, since you know the outcome, but in actuality you did nothing to change the outcome.

To God, there is only now. There is no past, present, or future. Everything happens at once for God. In God's eyes, Hitler is now ruling Germany, and George Washington is president of the U.S. There is no such thing as time to God.

If you can accept that then you may still ask, "Why did God create the devil if he knew he would rebel? Why did God create man if he knew he would sin?" To answer this question you must realize why God made people. Picture God at a movie that we'll call "The Universe". Its a movie of everything happening. God makes something happen in the movie and thinks, "Hey that was neat". Now, If this was you, you would lean over to your friend and say "Pretty cool huh?" Who does God say this to? Who does he share things with? God created people because he wanted to have someone to enjoy things with. It wasn't because he was tired of throwing dumb rocks into hell, and wanted screaming objects to throw in to hell.

So why did God create people to share things with, who would sin? In order to have the level of love that he desired, he had to make people with free will. Forced love is not the same as freely given love. It wouldn't even be called love. Without free will we would be no more than a dummy with a string on our back. God would pull the string, and we would say "I love you God. Cool stuff." But what satisfaction would God gain from this? None whatsoever. So you are created with the power to do as you will. Sin is not a creation of God, it is doing what is against God's will. So given the fact that you can sin, you have your proof that God lets you do as you will. God will allow you to reject him, and be seperated from him. This is what hell is. Complete seperation from God. If you read the Bible you will see that it was actually created for the Devil and his angels.(Matthew 25:41) As for why the Devil sinned, we aren't given that information. It just says that he decided he wanted to be greater than God.

This (freewill) is the only way that God can get what He desires most, and it is the only thing that God cannot create. You personally have what God wants most. Your love. But if he took it from you it wouldn't be what he wanted. Knowing in advance if you will accept or reject him does not change the fact that you are the one making the decisions. It would be unfair to not create you since he knew the outcome. That would be taking away your freewill, and from what I have just discussed, it would be short of what God desires most.

To Seapeople, what was the point of this post? I mean where you trying to piss people off. If that was it, it didn't work. I think you give your self to much credit, and as for emplying that I am stupid. You may think that, but my 152 i.q. score would tell a diiferent story, if you have a point then post it. Oh....about the post above from Dbates. What you said about the horse race is fine for a horse race. An individual instance among many. When I refer to the thought process of God being Omnipotent, I refer to EVERYTHING. That means the knowledge before hand that you would have given me the tape. That means the knowledge before hand of everything. There is no other way to rationalize it period.

Lets say today you make a decision to go out and do heroin or something else illegal with some "friend" of yours. Omnipotent means God knew you would do this and make this decision. Lets say now, that you are out with your friend and meet someone else for the first time, that you would have never met otherwise. A year later, you both (you and your new friend) rob a bank and end up killing someone. Well, God already knew you would do that too, because he is omnipotent. That means that there is no other choice you could have made before (regarding the heroin). Then, you decide that there is no God while rotting away in a jail cell and end up in hell. He knew the entire system and process of decisions (that were based on one another to begin with) before hand. There could be no room for choice. You may think you are choosing, but God already knew you would think that so in reality, you didn't have a choice.

There is no way to rationalize that, if we have free will that is.

By the way....congratulations on your high I.Q. Tell me, what was the reason you took the test? Where did you take it? Sounds like you are bragging. I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say your high and mighty I.Q. score is not as high as several members that post on this board. It may not even be in the top 15-25%. But thanks for letting us all know.

Do you know my I.Q. score? Do you feel as if I am uneducated? I don't know what I am talking about half the time? Do I make up fake issues?

Then ignore what I say. You are not required by any means to care one way or another about what I say. If you think that I just make up these problems in my head for attention you are mistaken. These are real issues with me. They truly bother me, and I truly feel like I have just as much of a right to complain or talk about them as you would about an issue that bothered you.
