Does anyone else feel depressed reading this, it just seems to be a continuation of the violence in the region. So much for the peace process.

Its probably for US support for the inevitable spreading of the conflict to include Hezbollah. Probably consisting of intelligence and logistical support like last time.

So we sleep safer in our beds knowing where things stand.

Yeah, this is tricky. The peace process require both sides having something to lose. As it stands, the Palestinians throw rocks, the Israelis, bullets. There is no way for an international force to build the Palestinians schools and hospitals faster than the Israelis blow them up. Therefore the Palestinians have nothing to lose and this will just need to be contained for generations.

To put it bluntly this represents an absolute and utter failure of human spirit.

Just as responsible are those that justify the ongoing acts "against terrorism" whatever their twisted logic.

Fools.

Try to learn something about which you speak before condemning yourself through prejudice.

Question: How well could you live in a cage?

Answer: As best you can for you will never have experienced anything else.

What is freedom but a word when you have never experienced it for yourself?

Culpability is not limited to one side, acts of desperation aside.

It takes two to fight.

It takes only one to murder.

Despite your bigotry and religion the sins of the father are not the sins of the child.

The one that is responsible is the one that pulls the trigger and that is the end of it.

Excuses are just what they seem to be.
Reasons and justifications to avoid the concept of guilt.

Nothing can escape the choice that was made for its simply that... a choice.

I invite you to open your wallet, and send money to Israel. After all, it's just money, right?

Care to elaborate on this little gem? I think he was saying the thing to be concerned about was loss of life and not money. What are you trying to say?

The person that pulls the trigger is not always the one to blame. Often, one is absolutely forced to pull the trigger.

It's not so bad after the first couple of times.

Presstv has live pictures from Gaza. One of their analysts has just reported that phosphoric and cluster bombs are being used. The pictures i'm seeing seem to back this up.

So what you are saying is there is now TV video evidence on the IDF/IAF using weapons banned under the Geneva Convention of Warfare against an mainly civilain populace?

Israel may as well be dropping bombs filled with Zyklon B

OK, you have a cease fire. One side starts lobbing missiles into the others' land. Who broke the ceasefire? And tell me, what would you have the Israeli army do to defend or stop the attacks? Maybe erect a Mosque and convert? Won't happen. Saying the defenders are being 'asses' is like saying women are causing their own rape by dressing without veils. I'm sure glad you people are not in charge over ME.

I don't know. I wouldn't know a cluster bomb from a firework but that's what the analyst is saying. What I saw on the (live) pictures was a small flash in the sky which spawned lots and lots of smaller things which dropped to the ground and exploded. You'd need someone with more military experience than me to positively identify it, i'm just reporting what I saw.

edit: holy crap, if you have sky tv tune channel 515, the bombing is getting intense. The sound of explosions is constant and sounds deafening.

Oh for heaven's sake! You should be ashamed of making a false claim that cluster bombs are against the Geneva Conventions!

Cluster bombs are just very effective area weapons, made up of small bomblets.

Think! If big bombs are kosher - I like that word - then it only makes sense that little bombs are . . . kosher.

White phosphorous is allowed too. You may not like it, and it certainly sets things on fire, but that too, is allowed. It's great for clearing out rooms, bunkers, and caves. You see, what it doesn't burn up, it asphyxiates, as it burns all the oxygen in enclosed areas.

So please, don't be implying that cluster bombs are the same as a poisonous gas used in gas chambers in WWII.

Alfred Lambremont Webre a political analyst just commented on PressTV and said that Barack Obama has been a life long intelligence officer and his mother, Ann Dunham, was a CIA officer. He even went on to say the Rothschilds in the UK and the Rockefellers where instrumental is supporting Obama's election and the current Israeli war in Gaza to turn it into a concentration camp.

In that case perhaps all the pro-zionists could have a whip-round for the finishing touches to the enclaves...an archway over the border checkpoints leading into the occupied territories reading 'Arbeit Macht Frei'

Just watching on CNN live, the camera was zoomed in and you could clearly see a phosphorous device being used. It was un-mistakable. Surgical strikes.... yeah.
