Bush: Hamas attacks on Israel an 'act of terror'

news.yahoo.com

President George W. Bush on Friday branded the Hamas rocket attacks on Israel an "act of terror" and outlined his own condition for a cease-fire in Gaza, saying no peace deal would be acceptable without monitoring to halt the flow of smuggled weapons to terrorist groups.

Oh, Dubya. How very selective of you.

The evil terrorists are everywhere! That line never gets old... oh wait, it did about a day after 9/11.

Yes Hamas are a terrorist organization, but punishing the Palestinian civilians is not the way to help the situation.

If the West wants to attack countries led by terrorists, where is the assault on Zimbabwe? Where is the assault on Pakistan?

No. It's only allowed if Israel wants it to happen.

would this be something that would allow the rest of the definitions ofNSPD 51 to be unfolded before our very eyes.

Now anyone who doesn't side with the decider will be likened to a terrorist. How do you continue a government in a financial collapse of an earth shaking magnitude? You make use of detainment facilities as a start.

Step by step, day by day....

funny!

Dubya sounds like a rusty robot with corrupted system that repeats his same line over and over again...

he mentions rebuilding of the roads and schools... how can those people rebuild anything when israelis are bulldozing and destroying it afterwards?

It's great that we continue to make the rest of the world hate us even more than they already did.

Thanks Georgie. Now the only question is how long before we are attacked by terrorists. What country would we invade next if that happened? Geez...what a freakin disaster this is.

Why don't they just set off the nukes now and blow us all to kingdom come and get it over with. Seriously the drama is getting old.

Is this an admission that the people fighting Israel are terrorists? It looks like one, so let me ask why can't Israel get rid of Terrorists?

I love that Bush finally grew a brain, I guess Karl had to leave for it to happen. Way to go America, Stand behind Israel and India and any other ally fighting islamofacists.

Oh yea, well why don't you ask yourself what other countries have done for the Palestinians except help keep them penned up?

the defenition of a terrorist depends on which side of the fence you sit on,
To the Palestinians the terrorists would be those that bulldoze their neighbourhoods and build jewish only settlements, the terrorists would be those who supply the multi million dollars and then Veto anything the UN tries to do to stop Israel.
The terrorists would be those who intrude into countries and take out wedding parties saying they are harbouring terrorists.

not many people would describe someone who defends their homeland as a terrorist, unless of course you are the one invading and trying to get international support.

As long as Israel exists, this kind of stuff is going to happen. This is the point i'm trying to make here. If we continue to openly back them it will only continue and increase the hate the arab world has for us which will only make a terrorist attack on US soil more likely.

Well, here in Australia, I think it's something like "someone who blows something up without the assistance of an aircraft".

Of course Bush is going to stick up for Israel, they're an ally of the US. It's not about who is right or wrong, Bush is just sticking up for his mates.

Someone put a shoe in this guy's mouth already, I am sick of his biased, prepared opinion.
His masters are inducing acts of terror across the globe under the guise of freedom fighting. The hypocrisy is terribly painful to accept.
