Do any of you people know anything about Lebanon? Have you ever been there? Have you ever witnessed a terrorist dressed as a arab woman or even a child walk down a street in broad daylight, walk into a cafe in the middle of a quite town stand in the middle of 100 people yell something and blow themselves up? In the aftermath you then notice how many children were in the cafe!

These same terrorists hide among civilians. They intentionally live in residential areas to shield themselves.

If they want to live the life of a terrorist then they will die like a terrorist.

Cynthia McKinney is trash and does not even deserve to have her name in the freakin article.

Funny, how they can't smuggle food in, but they can use the tunnels to smuggle in weapons, arms, rockets, and components.

The Continental Army of the American Revolution often was near starvation but they always managed to make sure they had guns and bullets.

I would speculate it was the lack of some vital ellements in life that encouraged them to starve and put an emphasis on the arms that might improve their overall quality of life.

Is there any reason that the indigenous Arabs of Palestine fighting against a tyranical occupation wouldn't do the same?

In the past 'aid ships' have been sent to Gaza, supposedly with food and medicine. But once borded they were found to be full of arms and ammo for the 'palestinians' to use against the Jews - to rain down rockets upon the civilian Jewish population and to provide ammo for suicide bombers to go murder innocent civilians in the streets of Israel.

McKinney has been VERY vocal with her 'cracker' comments and her
anti-Jew comments. She may or may not be in the area for humanitarian
reasons - but considering that she hates Jews and has been very, very
vocal about it .... I personally do not believe her reasons for being there
are alturistic. I could be wrong - but I don't think so.

Are you sure about that? Are you REALLY sure that it was just aid and that it was going to civilians? There is a history of 'aid' boats being caught bringing in arms and ammo to Palestinians.


At this point I almost don't care anymore. These factions have been fighting for thousands of years. I am just about to the point of saying 'screw 'em all' and tell them all to have at it ... tell them to blast the hell out of each other and get it over with. Whoever is left standing is the 'winner'. Peace has never worked over there. I don't think it ever will.

The people of America should start a multi-million-person march on DC.
We should demand that eveyrone in the world take a step back on this
issue and that we should all let those in the Middle East pound the stuff'n
out of each other without interference. We should all let them have at it
so that we can FINALLY have a 'winner' and this situation can be

They're probably not cheap but then I haven't seen anyone bring out photos of starving Palestinians. All the weeping mothers and injured that they show look well fed to me. Go to any site you wish and find photos from Gaza. You'll find that half of the people are working on a second or third chin. Children of course don't put on weight like adults (my son could stand to gain a few pounds) but I've yet to seen any photos of starving children emerge from Gaza.

Look at this news article from Dec 4, 2008 where it cites how the group "Free Gaza" broke through the Israeli blockade to deliver aide to Gaza. What exactly did they bring. Hearing aids and balloons. As it turns out they didn't really need to travel by sea. They were offered free passage through a land crossing but refused so it would be more dramatic.

the organization refused the offer of providing humanitarian aid to the Palestinian population in Gaza through existing land crossings, as effected at present by the Red Cross or the UNRWA. Instead, the first yachts delivered their humanitarian aid of 200 hearing aids and balloons by sea

So this group declined an offer to use a land crossing and decided to "break the siege" and use a boat instead. This is nothing but pure propaganda and sensationalism. If there were a severe crisis in Gaza for food, then why were the delivering hearing aids and balloons?

Yes, this is the same group that Cynthia McKinney is linked up with in this failed attempt. I guess more kids in Gaza will cry from lack of balloons tonight due to the Israeli military.

UNCLOS parts 3 (signed by the USA ) came into force in 1994 - which ratified the 1958 geneva law of the sea and defines , by law the boundaries of `international waters`

UNCLOS part 4 - which GW Bush URGED the senate to ratify (after signing it) only adds mineral rights to the seabed


so Bush actually supports the international law.

And this is where you and I agree. The US needs to quit policing the world. Not only is it morally wrong to push your will onto others we just dont have the money for it. We are bankrupt. We are heading right down the path of the Soviet Union. Bring all of our troops home and let the world fend for itself.

Let's get this straight; McKinney who is a woman of a certain age, an Afro-American from one of the most marginalised communities of the US of A, a woman who has pulled herself up by the boot straps, been known to fight for women's issues and the disadvantaged, a descendant of 300 million of the African Holocaust slave trade HAS BEEN LABELLED BY THE ADL AS AN ANTI-SEMITE?

Check your map. Read a history book. A good debater can see both sides of an argument, yes there are nuances.

No, they weren't always fighting. Before the creation of "Israel" they managed to share the land and get along fairly well (even though it was already being robbed from the Palestinians that farmed it for centuries, they still didn't have open and constant fighting).

I have just been reading about Cynthis McKinny. She has been a long time critic of Israel, has refused to entertain Israeli firsters lobbyists, has campaigned on civil rights matters, is anti Neocon, has been harassed often by security staff in congress with one major incidence at the hands one particular officer. So in the context of these issues, I am surprised she has not been slandered more often and framed for a major crime or scandal.

In American politics, it is easy to vote out a politician if the ADL puts its mind to it.
