Aura's

Hi...
i was wondering what information you's could give me on the legitamacy of aura's being spiritual energy or whatever or just some trick of the eye.
i read a book on aura's and it covered how to train yourself to see them, so after a while of practice(3 weeks) i can now see them fairly well .
any help appreciated

There, this is cited from the tinWiki under auras. I think it is interesting as well. Personally, I know nothing of auras. But, after some searching, it shows that the aura is an extension of the physical body and is sort of the extension of our life force. All of this aura seeing is just a heightened look at the physical body. If we look at the body itself, we can see the life in it.

It is like looking at a dead person vs. an alive person. Just from looking, you can SEE the life: the skin is darker, the eyes are without expression etc. Just so, I think the "invisible" aura shows us our true color...
