S.O.S.---possible latent uncontrollable telepathy (natural or artifical) anyone with evidence/ help-

I have noticed a lot of extremely unusual things recently, for over a year. I have felt sick and weak and going back and forth with adding up circumstantial evidence around me. It seems at times the enviroment is reacting to thoughts and pictures I see in my head. I know this shouldnt be possible just keeps bothering me.
The brain is an organ, thoughts and concoiusness are electrical currents going throughout cells in complex areas of brain. In newsday 30,000 people already have brain pacemakers it said. I already had brain surgery and hole drilled in skull. Any sort of implant shouldnt be able to connect to concoiusness. If because of stress sick snapped or pressure and maybe possible implant got a little screwy, I dont know.
I have been going through parts of long island and questioned whether it can go through live tv like a scanner or something and asking if anyone with any knowledge of this can come forward. I was watching the vice presidential debate and following the campaign and would see people looking around in the backround sometimes and this girl with hands over her ears one time.
