Hitting walls and calling for help in a dream - questions on dream abilities

Anyone have examples of where you called for help in the dream and it came? How did you call? Did you will it, did you use telepathy, or did you just scream it out? And what form did the help come in? Always trying to do stuff that I can't quite pull off in a dream and want to experiment with this calling for help instead of always trying to do everything myself.

Also anyone ever been flying around, maybe up up up and then you hit this invisible wall and can't go any further? But then you turn around and go another way and now it's fine you can move normally again? Does anyone know how that wall is made or why it's there, and maybe how to get through one?
