Russia Today has announced and launched Russia Vs USA, presidential contest!

Barack Obama has succeeded Vladimir Putin as Time Magazine’s Person of the Year. But will US President-elect be able to outdo the Russian PM in terms of looks? The Drudge Report website has started a shirtless competition to find out.

More than 97,000 people have voted so far on whom they like best with their shirt off, Obama or Putin...

And if these are the pics they're using its not much of a contest. Who you gonna vote for? Tubby guy with fishing pole? Or in-shape guy in bathing suit? The outcome is predetermined.

And any of this is relevant to anything... how?

I don't care what the guy looks like without a shirt... I don't care how he's hung... I really don't care about anything other than how he is going to do his JOB of running the country.
