Given the way he presents himself and the things he says, I think me may have been set up for trying to stand up to BoA. I don't doubt he is a little corrupt, but the coincidence and his reference to a force against him leads me to believe he may be trying to reach out.

Or this is all propaganda to make us forget that he did stand up to one of the most powerful banks in the world.

I'd like him to speak publicly about anything incriminating that he knows, concerning any and all public and private figures

I agree, i bet he knows more of what is actually going on than most.

It's disappointing how quickly people ate up the claims and the transcripts of recorded calls. In all likelihood his head will roll and we will never know the things he does.

Let me here him say the things they are claiming and then i may buy it.

Honestly, if you lived in Illinois, you'd WANT to see this douche go down in flames. I hope they throw the book at him. I'm really going to be pissed if he gets away with everything. This guy has literally run our state into the ground so far that I'm speaking Chinese now. Toss in a bit of Daley and Durbin, and we are probably close to being the Gate to Hell. And I'm not even being sarcastic. If someone wants to be a benefactor and hurl some cash my way so I can move out of this state, I will definitely not refuse your generosity. I'm dying to get out west somewhere, away from this Inferno.

Whether he was set up or not, the evidence (however shady) is so heavily against him. We all know what's going to happen. He's going down...and going down hard...guilty or not.

Well I'm not in Illinois. Those of us on ATS who don't live there and are hearing about Blago for the first time are seeing a rather scary trend with "the peoples" response to this story. I am frankly glad he is fighting, from my vantage point.

Because all the sheeple are taking the MSMs word for it when they talk about all the things that were recorded. People who never heard of him before and know nothing of the situation.

The point is that the MSM, cnn.com or whatever could just as well have reported allegations he had a gay lover in these recordings, and these sheeple would believe it as gospel and undeniable truth and he'd be known as the gay governor to them for the rest of their lives.

And then you say to these folks, "well his lawyer said he's not guilty." (what happened to innocent until proven guilty BTW!) And then these people say "no no (and think you are a huge idiot) it says it right there you see they recorded his conversations." DUH I read the flipping article too, I just decided to think before I judged anyone. The story being out for one day at this point when nobody knows anything and people sitting next to me already "know" how all of it went down? lol There is no way.
