I know it is real. I know all about it because I read it on ATS. I just thought I would make a thread about it. There is a new government project! You heard of black opps? Well I guess these could be called white opps.

They have a unform of white coats, and they want to take you were life is beautiful all the time and you'll be happy to see those nice young men in their clean white coats, they are coming to take me away...

You've been warned ATS!

As you can see, I'm not making up stories! Here is a creditable source telling you exactly what I'm telling you now. WAKE UP!!!

Pretty sure this is a joke topic, poking fun at users such as myself and the general ATS community.

A credible source on Youtube? Surely you jest? But the place they take you to has really good meds... so you'll be okay.

For those of you who are too young to remember, "They're coming to take me away" was a novelty song back in the mid 60's. And the flip side was the song played backwards. Maybe that's why my generation is kind of nuts. THere's no telling what kind of message Napolean put in that nonsense.

They're coming to take me away ha ha
they're coming to take me away ho ho
to the funny farm, with trees, and flowers and chirping birds
and we'll sit and twiddle our thumbs and toes
they're coming to take me away!

OK, I get what you're saying, so many people on this board(most boards) demand a source for your information in order to deem it credible, as if our own words aren't credible unless we stole them from someone else. Makes no sense to me either.

The only time I like to see sources is when someone is making claims based on someone else's words, then I do actually want to see the source of the claim.

not to mention Jello Biafra ex lead singer of the Dead Kennedy's and his band "LARD" (Ministry + Jello) did a pretty damn well version of that song.

artists don't leave the good stuff behind, kettlebelly.
the youngn's still get consistent and well done updates.

That's good man, I'm happy for you.

As for the song, hear it on a boyscout trip several years ago, still one of my favorite songs.
It's also listed as one of the earliest rap songs as well. go figure.

I remember that song.
Man I'm getting old.

1966

I wasn't born quite yet but I remember hearing it as a young kid.

Gotta like those coats with sleeves that buckle in the back.
