The "Terrorist Group" Called MEND...

MEND is the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta and is now classified as a terrorist organization because they have recently become violent after the US and Nigerian federal government have been trying to control them even more.

Guess why they are trying to control them? Because like Ecuador, Argentina and Iraq they have a lot of oil, and mistakenly thought that it was their's since it is in their country. They are the world's fifth supplier of oil and they could be rich because of it if it wasn't for the US trying to control their output along with keeping more of the profits than Niger does.

So MEND has started an oil war for control of their own oil. Their "stated goals are to localize control of Nigeria's oil and to secure reparations from the national government for pollution caused by the oil industry". So now they're terrorists just like the Iraqis just because they refuse to let the PTB control every aspect of how they run their own oil industry. At least they're going to fight for their rights...This is so wrong though...
