I shot down McCain - Soviet soldier

This is quit funny story, from Russia Today

A retired Red Army Lieutenant who fought in Vietnam has confessed to shooting down the plane of defeated presidential candidate, John McCain. Colonel Yuriy Trushechkin told Russia’s Moskovsky Komsomolets he had no regrets about downing the future Senator’s aircraft back in 1967.

Trushechkin said he still hated John McCain and wasn’t at all sorry for what he had done all those years ago. He added he was very happy that McCain didn’t make to the White House.

”He always hated the Russians. He knew that it was our rocket that downed his plane,” Trushechkin said.

fair play to the man! I hate mccain he is so far up his own behind! So glad he got shot down haha!

I mean dang, shoot somebody down and still talking trash? LOL sorry that just cracks me up. If I shot somebody down I would be a bit more somber about it. But really it's the media's way of telling it, isn't it?

I mean if you didn't like the guy and you shot him down in a plane you should be even now. Just my idea on it.

The implications are pretty huge when you think about it though. But I bet all the NeoCons hate Russia anyway, might be why John Mccain stopped being his own maverick and decided to join them huh.

Edit: I'm starting to wonder if Mccain isn't watching Top Gun, on that supposed "nap break" he takes from 2-4 AM every day.
