Cramer: This Game Is Rigged

www.cnbc.com

Everyday investors are losing faith in the market, Cramer said during Thursday’s Mad Money. They’re cashing out and taking their money elsewhere. Who can blame them? Big money managers are pushing stocks up and down on a whim without regard for the underlying companies’ fundamentals.

Jim Cramer tells it like it is, as usual. Read the full article and watch the full video, very entertaining and enlightening. At the end of the video he tells a caller that the SEC should be able to see the corruption, but can't. Amazing stuff.

Mods, this is my first news post so if I've done something a bit off please move to wherever you see fit or alter. Just a n00b here

Of course it's manipulated. They want to usher in a socialist system. They've exploited all they could from the free market with monopolies and fake competition to drive up prices and show bigger profits.

Now they want to buy up the industries with taxpayer dollars, bankrupt middle class America, and have all aspects of society under government supervision.

We are now officially becoming what we allegedly hate: communists.

The savior Barack Obama is complicit in this. His policies make that very clear. If voters paid attention to the policies of candidates, they'd know that.

But hey, we made history! First black President! Wooo!

I hope it was worth it.

Change the title of your thread to Cramer: This Game Is Rigged. Your thread has to be the title of the news article you're linking to.

This is a given as far as I'm concerned. I actually wonder if we are not being attacked, econonmically, by terrorist. I'm not the only one. Mike Huckabee brought this up awhile back, when the market was making drastic drops in the last 30 minutes on trading. I started a thread on this but there wasn't much interest.

Its not exactly illegal, although in some cases it is.

The simplest example was running up gold and oil and riding the slide back down.

They make money when the market goes up and when it goes down. People who shorted the housing market made billions. That had to do with the top hedge fund of the past year.

The average citizen has been making this claim for years.

Guess he finally joined the crowd. Better late than never.

I think this is what happened with high oil prices. Big money (China in this case) kept buying up futures in oil and thereby kept the per barrel price high. In October China stopped buying the futures and oil price tumbled.

The fact is that China has so much of our money they can manipulate markets however they want and we have no recourse.

Doesn't make me want to go buy Walmart's Chinese products!

Nobody will wake up because of this. They just don't want to hear it. They have better things to do. They are not used to face-to-face situations. Slaves don't look into their masters' eyes.

This is just a safety valve releasing a little steam. To make those who talk keep talking. Because the masters are afraid of silence. Silence is the big word for them.

Also, I remember Cramer mentioning this alot, well before the "economic crisis" was popular.

Google stock was still high.

Finally? Have you ever read his book "Confessions of a Street Addict"? that book is absolutely amazing, like his stock picking or his other books, or not, but go pick up a copy of "Confessions of a Street Addict" if you want an inside tale of Wall Street this is amazingly articulate, and also also pretty inspiring, I highly highly recommend this book...anyhow he talks about hedge fund manipulation in that book, which was written a long long long time ago, before he even had his show.
