aura help

i am trying very hard to get the hang of all this stuff,
and i know theres no instant power thing u can do
but i was just hoping for a little guidance
so, if anyone has any suggestions on how i could inprove my ability to see aura's, well i dont really have it now
but i to learn,
so all suggestions or techniques would be greatly appreciated

To start off with i would recomend turning the lights off in your room or leave a little bit of light able to get in.

Then put all your fingers together then slowly move them away.
you should be able to see strands which look like they are attached.

This isn't a major technique but it will maybe get you to see something at your age!


Judging by the way you speak your are not of the age above 17+

I am currently 17 years old and have a deep understanding of both human abilities and the earth.

Auras are basically the energy a human being gives off. Everybody and everything has an aura!

Some people are born with the ability to see an aura, others grow up and reveal the ability to themselves.

What i would recomend for you to do is to read a bit more into it! You can't just see an aura without training your eyes.

well yes, i am interested in aura reading
but my favorite is astral projection
its so amazing to me
and i was wondering wat kind of tips you would have for me that would help me to have an astral projection

before doing anything you need to learn to meditate!

I would use a chinese meditation or if you can find a budhist method that would be good too!

im not as noob as u think,
hehe, i have done some meditation
and have had some success with telekinesis on a PSI wheel,
so, what other meditations would u suggest?

Well just practice meditating, clear your mind of any thoughts, the world around you and time.

After being in the meditation stage or trance you should feel yourself feel lighter and full of energy.

You are not gauranteed an astral projection every time!

if you light a candle in a dim lit room star at the flame look beyond the flame and will begin to see the energy around the flame try and off focus slighlty

I beg to differ with a statement which hereabouts has been made.
Though sordid my abilities have become through years of quest, no training was required of precious few; with a moments rapture my eyes did focus, and ever since have I seen the spirit. Aura is present at all times to be seen; perhaps people simply look in the wrong places, at the wrong times. It can always be sensed, even by the blind by my experience.
Perhaps I'm simply different, though I dislike saying so; to claim such difference gives the impression of ego, and I do not claim to be the superior of men whom I do not know. It may very well be that, being born with the ability to see free-floating energy, seeing auras simply came natural to me. I must note, however, the timing at which the change occured; I had spoken to, for the first time, a man who could see auras; he was describing the sight, and while he spoke the sight became mine. That, too, is my gift, though I don't understand it nearly so well as my sight. Perhaps more use will provide the answers.
Being able to see auras and being able to interpret them is entirely different. I see, but do not understand; usually I only get a feeling about what the aura represents, but I possess no knowledge about the deeper meanings of their colors. I do know that a purple aura is one to treat with caution, though. Some things are learned in difficult ways.

Who told you that yes it is different for everyone and everyone may have different programming to do with auras auras are quite simply energy which is every as everything is energy the expample of a candle is a technique which has been found to be very useful for many people, and yes some are born seeing energy acftually no all are born seeing energy there are no special people we all have the same abiltiy, some are just more attuned or open to accepting the visions and within others they cut it off.........................due to lifes illusions set by others as in your quote regarding purple how weird ifr you set your intent to see aura it will happen so just go with it be patient as its really all down to timing

While I found it rather difficult to decipher your poor grammar, I believe I understand your point.
However, I do not agree with it; your point is made by opinion only, and as it is nearly impossible to prove or disprove any point made on the matter, I believe I'll continue unchanged.
Seeing energy/auras and comprehending them are quite different, once everything is said and done. Some are simply born with advantages or disadvantages, as in every other factor of life.

and what you write is your opinion and yours alone too on your level of understanding...................of now................
