A man charged over cartoons showing sex acts involving children modelled on The Simpsons characters has failed to have his child pornography convictions overturned.

The man was convicted and fined $3,000 and placed on a good behaviour bond.

"In my view, the magistrate was correct in determining that, in respect of both the Commonwealth and the NSW offences, the word 'person' included fictional or imaginary characters ...," the judge said.

The Australian Government is determined to force censorship onto the whole of Australia, under the pretext of preventing access to pornography.

This is naturally encountering heated opposition, so the government has to find cases of people accessing child porn to justify itself. In desperation, they are seeking out people who have downloaded "naughty" animated gifs of the Simpsons.

The argument separating child porn from other pornography is that it is damaging to children. There is no disputing this, but it hardly applies to the amusing Simpsons animations found online.

I'm posting the case because it affects everyone. This is preparation for the NWO. Control techniques are tested in one country first, and then spread to others. So if this comes in in Australia, we're paving the way for its introduction into America.
