Well the avatar i want is apparently too big but i dont really know how to make it smaller so it fits perfectly

The Avatar i want is an Anti War Slogan

and i also want to invert the colours because it looks better in my opinion

so any help would be appreciated thank you

I used Microsoft Paint to resize my avatar. If you use Windows you should have MS Paint.
