Strange Chinese installation uncovered.

I think I may have found evidence of a Chinese HAARP. After looking at locations in China for the Great Wall I came across some very usual military locations. Some of the locations you can easily tell were underground installations by the piles of dirt and many tire tracks that are visible, however there are some extremely unusual formations that need further opinions. There seems to be a military boneyard as well as a giant fractal design in the earth, an antennae array as well as underground entrances. You can scan the entire area for hundreds of miles and find quite a bit of strangeness.

If you have Google Earth use these coordinates to take a look.
1. 40°29'15.15"N - 93°29'28.69"E
2. 40°24'17.05"N - 93°38'22.26"E
3. 40°27'30.98"N - 93°18'47.43"E

There's odd things all around that area... lots of areas with super imposed white lines over them.

The last coordinates you give are interesting. Most of the area is covered by black lines but I can make out some planes.

I like it.

Looks like the Chinese version of the Nellis bombing range. Somewhere else on here is a thread about this. Still, some weird items there, but I do see craters from bombing.

The last one I would say is for precision bombing practice, you have the target aircraft in the middle and obstacles all around. There again it could be something totally different.

Yeah, looks like an appropriate antenna farm of the right type of antennas.
