Anyone here dig the Toung Ot Sriracha sauce? This hot sauce rocks. Its good on almost anything (and does something magical with cheap mac and
cheese). I keep trying to find things that I can't use it with. It's addictive. It is the crack of hot sauces. It is the gateway drug of hot
sauces.
I know people out there love it...........
I'm sure I'm not allowed to "bump" a topic here. But i find it hard to believe that nobody hasn't enjoyed this elixir. Hello? Or please confirm

Ok, a blatant bump. I was too dumb to post in the right place . A kind mod moved me here correctly.
So, the question remains... Sriracha hot sauce? (rooster sauce) I can't be the only one addicted. Or forgive my ignorance, was this covered in a
post already?
I always keep this item stocked in my fridge. I like to prepare sushi and this is the best tasting sauce to make spicy sauce (and was recommended to
me by several sushi chefs) for the tuna/yellowtail rolls. It's great for this but I kinda like it on many other things.
It's great on darn near anything. Don't limit it to Asian ( is that the current PC word?) cuisine. I cant believe others aren't aware of this
magical condiment!
