MUMBAI, India — DEVELOPING: Gunmen targeted luxury hotels, a popular tourist attraction and a crowded train station in at least seven attacks in India's financial capital Thursday, wounding 25 people, police and witnesses said.
It was not clear how many of those were dead or injured, but Indian television stations are reproting at least 20 dead, while Reuters puts the number at 10.
