Favorite Thanksgiving recipes?

What are you guys going to make for Thanksgiving? Any good recipes would be appreciated as my girlfriend and I are hosting for the first time . I think we're going to go with some cornish game hens and then the regular fare of mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, rolls etc. I would kind of like to try to make something a little different too. Ideas?

I'm a little late to this one. Sorry. Maybe keep this suggestion in mind for next year?

A few years ago I made a pumpkin cheesecake. Oh, yes.

Pumpkin pie is a Thanksgiving staple, but a pumpkin cheesecake? Deeee-lish!

I don't have the recipe that I used handy. I found it on-line. Just do a google search for "pumpkin cheese cake" and I'm sure you'll find some good ones.

And, after the turkey (or cornish game hens), stuffing (add apple sauce to your recipe -- yum!), mashed potatoes (sweet potatoes!), cranberry sauce and corn have sufficiently exited the tummy sac leaving room for dessert, it PCC time!
