i got this crazy idea of buyin part of a mountain in montana and digin some dirt out.. placing 3 trails like this inside the mountain ---> l¨¨l making doors on it to the middle section which will have a cement roof to it its dry puttin the dirt back in covering the whole thing.. im gonna have electrcity on it maybe solar im figurin that out.. but when electricity is gone in the world which is a posibility ill have fiberglass cable coming from the sunlight to the house for some illumination.. maybe build a bunch of water turbins or something..

And from whom will you buy the part of the mountain and having solar panels is not cheap as you think and to have a cement roof and a digging inside will only cost you more money.
I meant the transportation cost for the materials in the remote region.

And anyways after that where will you get the foor supplies for your living and clean water. I assume that you will obtain it directly from the forest.

Not to put a damper on it but what is to keep a gang from taking it from you if things get real bad. Are you going to have a reinforced door? Small army with you? They could cover your panels and vents with dirt and leaves and wait you out. I would suggest have it well camouflaged with no discernable road.
