You probably have an ALICE pack. They are an excellent choice. Here is the manual, you might find it handy.

However, I wonder how you will carry a .22 pistol with 1000 rounds, a shotgun with ammo, a .308 rifle with ammo, and a crossbow and your pack? The entire point of having a BOB is mute without mobility.

The best tips I can give is to buy military surplus everything. All civilian stuff is crap. And #2 is wear wool.

yes, i have a medium alice pack, got it at a local surplus shop for 15$.
the .22 ammo takes up very little space, im taking minimal shotgun and .308 ammo. not 100% on the CB. the rifle and SG will be tricky but i think i can manage.
