"Altogether, these glaciers almost certainly represent the largest reservoir of water ice on Mars that's not in the polar caps," said John Holt of the University of Texas at Austin and the main author of the study. "Just one of the features we examined is three times larger than the city of Los Angeles and up to one-half-mile thick, and there are many more."

This is a really exciting find on Mars. It gives alot of hope for life undergound. Just think what else we will find with more time and tests. I for one really hope we find at least microbial life, I mean if we found life on a planet thats next to ours that would tell us that life really isnt that hard to find in the universe.

I bet that they really do find life or have found it already because life can be anywhere and in any conditions so why not on mars since life has developed here why not our close neighbours aswell
