The cartel war in Mexico is getting worse. No one is safe anymore in many areas within Mexico.

Gangs want holiday bonuses from teachers or kids will die!

There are already over 1,200 people killed this year in Juarez alone. Closing the border, making a wall, etc. isn't going to help. This level of violence is coming to the US. If you do a news search for drug cartels in juarez you would get many stories of various degrees of violence. Even Wired's Danger Room thinks that the cartels are a bigger threat than Al Qaeda... link.

Nothing should be ignored... this may become a trade from the wars in the middle east to one on our southern border.
