Well, why wouldn't he laugh? How many billions of dollars of that proposed bailout money do you think is going right into the pockets of his family and cohorts? Many billions. So the joke is on us.

Funny how now he's preaching less govt. and talking about abuse of the bailout.

of course he's laughing he's essentially saying "look how bad i f***** up your country, and now I won't be held accountable and someone else will have to fix my mess!"

He always looks like he's about to bust out laughing. He has a smirky little face on all the time. I hate that evil man and i hope he dies in a prison cell somewhere alone.
