Clearly, this may be a great opportunity for our elected representatives to lend a hand to our faithful British subjects since they've already pretty much jerked us with respect to the bailout?

i would gladly make a deposit into one of the british "banks", but i do not know if they would take my form of currency. i guess it takes real balls to set up an account like that.....

Simple solution, either pay up, or allow the men to remain anonymous. See, when there is a chance that someone could track you down and make you pay child support cause the kid is technically yours, people don't want to give to sperm bank, focing women to have sex to get knocked up, or find a friend who is fertile(if their husband isn't)
