I was disturbed to read of this. There's some interesting comments from fellow Australians in the infowars comment thread - relating to sovereignty. Perhaps someone can expand on this more,

this is getting worse and worse Rees has to be the biggest moron in the history of the world and some how he became premier of NSW ....

never did i ever think i would have to vote for the libs in state gov hell i dont even know who the current opposition leader is, the libs have always been so incompetent we have never been stupid enough to let them in but now ... its a measure of the blatant stupidity of the current labor gov that the libs will probably succeed i dont know who is going to be more surprised the people or the opposition when they are voted in ...

private sector has no business running jails, they have screwed everything else up god knows what can go wrong when they do this!

You do know there are other parties to choose from apart from Labor and Liberal!

Personally I vote parties like the Fishing party, or the Shooters party, or the Marijuana reform party. Yes they don't stand a hope in hell of getting into power but it makes me feel better that I did not contribute to the farce that is our political system.
