The American Public likes to think that the gov't conditions them; when in fact, they tell them what they want to hear. From pre-9/11 "they shouldn't have to hear that...", to the current running theory I'm perplexed with: that it was conspiratorial, in that it gave them reason to go to war. Thereby explaining the act as allowable, and justifying their non-participation in the acts of preventing future occurrence.

This approach gives the compliance that the "enemies" are well pre-defined. And, a roll-with-the-punches attitude develops. It's easier. With emphasis on EASIER. If one had to object to circumstance, it becomes obligatory to the fact you are to take action. As opposed to just conversing. This is bad.

I see terroristic activity in my immediate area. I'm told I'm crazy for acknowledging such. Even though a short time ago we received the coveted red tinge on mapping for high-terrorist activity in my area. They are notorious in playing upon realisation that most don't want to realise the fact. And, readily divulge devious plots that are quite destructive. Alas. this is typically played of with drunken tomfoolery that leaves me disgusted. I'm serious here, they play-act it away, so as to not deal with it. Sorrowful for me, but there's a twisted sense of satisfaction when they reap of the rewards of such effort with assured death.

But, when the next even occurs, which will most assuredly take place; we may rest assured the conspiracy theories will fly, and they will claim they already knew.
It fascinates me that currently, most believe this an impossibility. Even though last time I checked, when an opposing force declares war, one may expect action. I believe that's what this Jihad is all about.

Total truth there!
I know of several changes within my own county that shows something may happen or preparedness. If I could have it my way, I would band together with us 'common folks' who are sick and tired of the run around and playing there games.
To hunt and game for food and grow our own us the God given resources we have already been given rather to rely upon this pathetic excuse for entrapment from our own government. Some of the forefathers would be rolling in there graves about now. Most of my family and neighbors find me mental and don't believe a word I share with them. I hope they don't have to find out the hard way.

Terrorists specificallly pick times during change, when the country is in transition. makes easier targets and terrorizes people more.which is why 9/11 happened only after 8 months in office. I think because we are in transition, they are perceiving to be another threat just in case.

Yes, yes- I'm sure you all have here as you seem well read, but download "Rebuilding America's Defenses" it outlines a 3 theater War with Iraq, Iran and eventually N. Korea, it was written in 1997 after the Clinton administration just before Bush was installed as the President. It is very clear as to its continuance of global domination and spread of Democracy to secure the US unilateral role of the world Super power. Do not be shocked at all when you see Iran being invaded by the US within the next year or so. There is no question that this is coming.

My points go negative? Wow. Anyway, they have always PLANNED, just it took an idiot to use that to his advantage and HELP the plan along. ANYTHING that happens, is allowed to happen. BY BUSH and his agenda helpers. I would not be surprised if Bin Laden was a computer photo and was dead a long time ago, but put him "SOMEWHERE" as a threat, cannot be reached, no proof for him being alive or dead. CIA can use voices and make tapes, can make video also. Could be a HUGE conspiracy. 9/11 was inside job by Bush/Cheney. NO DOUBT about that.

Why the loss of points?

To better understand why Islam is so against Western culture, you have to realise that they are against foreign influence. With P. Bush's policy of World Police, they felt trampled.

I recently saw a show outlining the time line of the Russian led invasion on Afghanistan. And, how covert-ops supported locals against this Communist establishment.
After the Soviets withdrew, the CIA and other branches of the gov't decided it best to cause instability in the region. So as to make the forming of a Communist regime much more difficult should they try again, and also to allow for an area of operations against other Middle Eastern cultures.

With those two shifts in mind, it's easy to see what caused the hatred. That the giant America wanted to police the world and set it straight, according to popularised speech; and at the same time create uneasiness and disruption on the level of not letting normal patterns of gov't forming take place under their own accord.

Coupled with the fact that Americans are very superfluous with ways of life, and tend to prey upon natural resources with an unequalled greed many of the Old Ways will continue to topple the giant. And, do so violently.

Wow people. Lets remember that it was not Bin Laden behind the September 11th attacks, and never was it proven so. Who will be blamed falsely for the next one? Iran? Or United States citizens.. I think the latter, this way you're all a suspect. And, do they really need to justify themselves for invading a country anymore? I don't think so, what the hell is anyone going to do about it anyway. These people are psychos, plain and simple. I dread to think the stupidity that will follow this next 'attack' when the population are suckered into giving up their freedom.

New here, but I've been following OBL etc. for about 8 years or so.

I find it strange timing that- as Osama is the President-elect and many Muslim nations are waiting to find out how he is going to interact with them, OBL suddenly pops out his (hinted) WMD threat.

If OBL/AQ are planning their spectacular attacks, as they worded it years ago- I recall they told Muslims to FLEE New York, DC and LA. There were some very strange goings on at the time- dead diver found in the winter in the Hudson near outlet valve of nuclear facility....containers in Philly subway around airvents and entrances.....

I do believe OBL has nuclear capability from all that I have read. It seems if he used it he would have to deliver it from a port. Baltimore might be a likely choice....then again, we could be seeing the "hints" of another false-flag operation. Those fema prisons are not there for no reason....Get people focused on retaliation-let them forget the Depression on its way...

I think they are there for assistance in the treatment/registering/evacuation of victims of any attack.
It makes sense that places like this would exist in preparation for an emergency.

America takes bio/chem threats very seriously, and this kind of set-up would be needed in various locations for dealing with it.

I have honestly seen no evidence to suggest that these sites are anything other than that.

Had to educate myself, as I wasn't familiar with those terms. Seems there a supposed way to bring order about from civil disobedience. Which, always occurs during times of aggression. Although the media was quite good at trying to show are best side on 9/11, some breakaway news circuits did speak of the rampant looting, muggings, and typical assaults during a time of crisis. It's unfortunate, but some when frightened seek to vent the frustration upon whomever is handy.

These drills are for likely scenarios where there would be a break down in the control-model. Where, when citizens were ordered to cooperate or be told how to react to a situation, there would be resistance. This is the planned achievement goals, anyway.
Although I saw embedded in the history the McCarthy Era. Where many were rounded up based on alignment or refusal even to participate on behalf of the state. It was riddled with many being literally destroyed based solely on suspicion.

These prisons that some speak of contain many that when cleared and returned, they can't resume a normal life. Due to Al-Qaeda and others speculating they are a conspirator for the West, and they make many efforts make life difficult for them.

We had in my area a small outbreak of peoples dissatisfied with Federal Gov't who seemed to align with terrorist and their organisations. You only hear of the headliners (like the fellow who set fires at the local college), but I guess I'm aware of several hundred or so who expressed terroristic beliefs. They tend to just "go away". Little is said, because the eyes and ears would like to see who else would show interest. Whether or not this is correct, is of no concern. It's a fact. The gov't will remove people whom they are dissatisfied with. Most within the population, sadly governed mainly be self-interest, just wonder who will lay claim to the person's belongings.

As a side-note to mod's, quantserve is running rampant, with typos being introduced.

I guess I don't mind being a blind statistical measure, with quantcast and such; but does it have to be a malignant form that reissues key strokes.

Back to your fund generating techniques.

And the puppet show marches on. But as long as people believe it, they can do this over and over again. People actually believe the CIA are the good guys and that foreign terrorists carried out 9/11, despite it being pretty much impossible.

Actually, I do not believe the terrorists performed 09-11 and or was government conspired, I always look at both sides of the fence as usually this medium ground is where the truth remains.
