It can be found here. But, when I clicked to watch the full version, it opened and all I got was a voice saying, " this content is currently unavailable". So, looks like no Bush years for us.

Thats so wierd, when I click on the link the 90 minute video pops right up.

It might be blocked to Americans...Kind of like how All the US networks block watching tv episodes to people outside of the US.

Sorry guys, I guess it's only available to us Canucks.... I will change thread title too reflect this so foreigners won't waste their time. But I'm sure this will become available on youtube, google etc. in time I will try to repost.
